Membership Campaign – Important Notice

The State / District / Area-Level Council Membership and Executive Membership Campaign of VHM is now officially underway. Eligible individuals who wish to become part of the District Council or District Executive structure are invited to complete their registration within the prescribed campaign period.

Important Dates & Membership Process

Membership Campaign Closing Date : 30th November 2026

All eligible members are requested to complete their registration on or before the above date.

Publication of Selected District Leadership:
Following the completion of the membership campaign, the Selected Administrative Council Members and Selected Executive Council Members will be finalized through the prescribed organizational process and their names will be published on this page on or before 30th December 2026.

ID Number & ID Card for Registered Members:
All other duly registered members will be assigned an Official VHM Membership ID Number and issued an ID Card in PDF format.

The digital ID Card will normally be delivered to the registered member's WhatsApp number or Email address within 72 working hours after successful registration and verification.

Publication of Complete State/ District/ Area Membership List

The complete list of registered and verified members of each State/ District/ Area will be published on the respective State/ District/ Area VHM Page :On or before 15th January 2027

The published list will include the applicable membership details and organizational designation of registered members, subject to the organization's verification and publication procedures.
